As an AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, designing and deploying intelligent solutions that empower MSPs to move from reactive to strategic.

•  Architect & Implement tailored AI integrations for MSPs, leveraging platforms like Azure AI, OpenAI, and custom machine learning models to solve operational and client-facing challenges.
• Collaborate Directly with MSP technical teams and stakeholders to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Develop White-Label AI Tools that MSPs can seamlessly brand and deploy for their own clients—from predictive analytics dashboards to intelligent ticket routing and automated reporting systems.
• Lead Technical Discovery to translate client needs into actionable AI project plans, including feasibility assessments, scope definition, and success metrics.
• Build Demonstrations & Proofs-of-Concept that showcase the tangible value of AI in managed services environments.
• Serve as a Technical Trusted Advisor, guiding MSPs through adoption, best practices, and ongoing optimization of their AI solutions.
• Contribute to Internal Innovation by staying ahead of AI trends and helping shape SavvyAI’s product roadmap based on field insights.

•  3-7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Proven experience with end-to-end AI system implementation (data pipeline → model development → deployment → monitoring)
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, etc.)
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems and workflows
• Experience with MLOps practices, model versioning, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning
• Practical experience with LLM integration, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams (data scientists, product managers, business stakeholders)

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
• Equivalent professional experience or certifications will be considered in lieu of formal degree

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in AI-related field
• Specialized certifications in AI/ML (AWS/Azure/GCP machine learning certifications, etc.)
• Experience with specific industry verticals (healthcare, finance, manufacturing, etc.)
• Publications, open-source contributions, or demonstrable personal projects in AI/ML
• Experience with edge AI deployment or IoT integration
